What do we do?
We design, permit and build four kinds of ADU: backyard ADUs, garage conversions, in-law suites and garage apartments. Design and permits are part of every job, so you have one team from the survey to the final inspection.
Where do we work?
Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Orange Park, St. Augustine and Fernandina Beach. We are a service-area business: we come to your property, and we do not have a walk-in office.
How do we work?
- Jurisdiction first. We confirm who issues the permit and what that code allows before we sketch anything.
- Flood map early. Elevation shapes cost and design here, so we read it on day one.
- Written, itemized quotes. Every part of the job priced in writing before construction starts.
- Honest limits. If your HOA, district or flood zone rules out an ADU, we tell you.
- Sourced facts. Each rule on this site names its source and the month it was checked.

Yes. ADU Craft Jacksonville is licensed and insured, and we share license and insurance details with each quote.
